Sh*t That I Knit
North American beanie and knits company-gone-viral, Sh*t That I Knit, was looking for local voices to gather content from their community of knitters based in Lima, Peru.
The community of Peruvian women who actually do all the knitting for this brand is what intrigued us, and we spent a full day conducting interviews, taking photos (Amara Photos) and recording footage (Erick Andia) for what would be the company’s upcoming marketing campaign.
As writers who spend a fare amount of time sitting at their desks, we understood the need these women have for some physical healing. We brought along a talented yogi based in Lima to give the ladies some pointers for stretching out the body in between stitches.
